Products:  

1.    NAAA Certificate of Value

    This is an actual Certified Appraisal based upon a physical examination of the aircraft and all its pertinent records.  The Appraisal is then Certified by the National Aircraft Appraisers Association (NAAA) and sent to the customer.

2.    NAAA Market Valuation

   This is a valuation that does not require a physical examination of the aircraft and is strictly based on the records or owners representations.  It provides a starting point and is less expensive than a Certified Appraisal.

Fees for Services:

Certified Appraisal

Includes a physical examination of the aircraft and its records.  A Certified Appraisal will then be issued including a multi-page report and Certificate of Appraisal.

Market Valuation

A Report which can be issued immediately by the Appraiser which will give a close representation of the Market Value of the aircraft.  This report can not be certified as no physical inspection of the aircraft is necessary.

Please call for information on our fees.  A Certified Appraisal is more expensive than a Market Valuation.  We will be happy to discuss the differences, your needs and our fees based on specific aircraft or rotorcraft types, conditions and ages.
